You just got a new puppy whom you adore, but it’s driving you crazy whining. The kids are disappointed with the whiny little pup and you don’t know what else to do. Sending the dog away is not your preference, though you do wish to stop the dog from whining. What methods can be used to accomplish such a task? Don’t worry; stopping your dog from whining is possible with a few clever tricks. One option is to purchase an electrical device that will emit a high-pitch noise; the only one who can hear the noise is your dog and he will not like the sound. Another option used to stop a dog from whining is to be unwavering in your commands to stop anytime the dog commences the noise. The owner’s constant, or very frequent presence will be essential, but eventually the dog will cease whining and silence will be restored. This article will help you with dogs potty training It is possible to potty train dogs of any age, not only puppies. You might need to give special treatment to older dogs that have been outside dogs or were never house trained.
After your dog has an accident in the house, quickly eliminate the urine and the odor or the god will go back to the same spot. Try a product that has active enzymes instead of something that will only mask the smell for a short time.
Keeping the dog on a regular feeding and drinking schedule helps a lot. You do not want to leave food and water out all the time if your dog was not previously house trained. Your dog should stay on scheduled feeding routine until is potty trained.

Training your dog can be a worthwhile exercise but before you start, there are some things you need to know in order to make training easier and more pleasant for both parties.
The very most important thing you must always keep in mind is that you are the boss! Naturally dogs are pack animals and stick to a strict hierarchy with every pack having a “leader”. For you to train your dog properly, you need to establish yourself as the leader early on in your relationship.
Some dogs may be more wild than others, some more dominant, some more friendly but no matter what your dogs personality, you must be firm in your commands. Don’t let your dog get the upper hand or he will start to feel that he is the leader. Now, I don’t mean that you need to be physically abusive to your dog – far from it. You need to show your leader ship with your actions.

Here I go over three items I believe will help and I cover why.
The first dog training device that we will look at is a dog collar and a leash. When you get a dog, in many states, you have to register you animal and they usually give you a name tag. The tag provides a great way of identifying your dog and you as the owner in case your dog runs off and goes missing. You will need a strong collar to put the tag on and when walking your dog you will need a leash. In my state we have a lease law and you have to keep your pets on a leash at all times. Having a leash makes it much easier to keep you dog from running wild and in control. Many of the training books will use the leash and collar in different training settings.
